Registration Details
All “SWCA Member” registration options are only available after logging into your SWCA profile. Use the login button (linked)—available on the main menu on the right side—to log into your profile. From the profile page, you may register and pay for your SWCA 2026 Conference ticket.
All #SWCA2026 presenters must register for the conference.

Invoices for Multiple Conference Attendees
If you are registering multiple people at different levels (i.e., professionals + students) for #SWCA2026 and need a group invoice, please reach out to the current SWCA Treasurer for assistance.
Note: Members with an Institutional Membership or Institutional Partnership may add additional conference participants (i.e., admins, writing consultants or fellows who are not in a degree program) using the “guest” registration option provided on your registration form.
- For every "guest" included on your registration, include your guest's registration details (first/last name and email address).
- If you wish to include a student member on your group invoice, please contact the current SWCA Treasurer for a group invoice.
Housing Information
We recommend Hampton Inn Florence-Midtown for conference attendees, though we are not maintaining a hotel block for 2026. The conference site is located on the University of North Alabama campus, approximately 3.4 miles from the Hampton Inn. Shuttles will be available Thursday-Saturday to transport attendees from the hotel area to the conference site. See the section on transportation for more information about shuttles.
